It’s no secret that North American workers are becoming increasingly aware of what is known as The Sitting Disease.

As a physiotherapist, I assess and treat injuries that occur in the workplace. These can be sudden (acute), or develop gradually over time (overuse).

Do you work a desk job? Do you have frequent headaches? Does your low back ache? Are you waking up stiff? Are your neck and shoulders sore? Of course! You are spending nearly eight hours every day sitting at work.
